Dave Evans
CO-FOUNDER
Dave Evans, is a pioneer in the World of Sustainability, a regular keynote speaker, who helps clients future proof their organisations, using innovative communication techniques to raise awareness and drive behaviour change.
An ultra-endurance athlete and seven time Ironman finisher, with a BSc (hons) in Zoology, an MBA from Warwick Business School and an MSc in Environmental Protection, he prides himself on being a practitioner, always in Beta, constantly testing himself under pressure.
Dave is a participant in the Flow Research Collective, founded by Steven Kotler, author of Rise of Superman and co-author of Stealing Fire, Bold, Abundance and The Future is Faster than you Think. The Flow Research Collective is a research and training organisation, whose mission is to understand the science behind ultimate human performance.
In his spare time Dave can be found at his basecamp, exploring the coast and trails of the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park, training for endurance challenges such as Snowdon 24, Caldey Swim, EnduranceLife Series, SKYRUNNER UK & Ireland Series and UTMB Oman, whilst running his business brands, including;

Jordana has spent over a decade as an executive, holding leadership positions in production and technology at global companies, including Saatchi & Saatchi, in Los Angeles.
As her career grew, she noticed a pattern of anxiety and stress overwhelming her coworkers. This limited them and held them back from performing at their fullest potential.
On a quest to find and conquer the true source of these limiting beliefs, she set out on a journey that took her to ashrams, monasteries, and to the “babas” of Nepal, India, and Thailand. Jordana emerged feeling radically transformed.
Today Jordana bridges the gap between Western knowledge and culture and Eastern wisdom to guide organisations, executives and teams to achieve their PEAK performance from within.
Jordana regularly guides groups through the Himalayas and beyond.
Roisin Evans
MARKETING ASSISTANT
Roisin Evans is the Marketing Assistant at Evolved Leader Club.
Roisin is a graduate of the University of The West of England, attaining a degree in Business Management and Marketing.
In her spare time, Roisin enjoys swimming and running and has set herself the target of running her first marathon in 2020.
